Built and deployed an AI chatbot for a youth nonprofit using OpenRouter's API. The floating widget lives site-wide on the YAS website, giving students, parents, and educators instant answers about programs and applications. Handled 50+ conversations and 64k+ tokens within weeks of launch.

Built a fully branded AI content generator that walks the YAS team through a 5-step flow to produce ready-to-post social media copy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Reduces content creation from hours to seconds for a nonprofit with no dedicated marketing staff.

Built an automated outreach system for Pink Ledger Consulting's client-sourcing process. Designed and deployed 50+ automated email sequences and follow-up workflows using Zapier, centralized response tracking in Google Sheets, and used AI writing tools to script personalized outreach at scale.
Python / Data Analysis
Analyzed pricing trends, customer ratings, and brand value across skincare products to test whether price actually reflects quality. Key finding: price and rating show little correlation.

After booking, travelers switch between Google Maps, notes apps, and spreadsheets to actually plan their trip.
Solution
A built-in Planning Mode that activates after booking: Itinerary Builder anchored to check-in/out dates, Quick Add flow, and collaborative sharing.
